Both IEA’s horizontal and cube radiators include copper-brass plate-fin cores. They offer a lower total cost of ownership than lesser industry alternatives by being easier to clean and easier to service with plenty of cooling capability for even the most demanding jobs.
Scheduled and emergency downtime have an opportunity cost – no production. Minimize both with a complete design that’s more durable and long-lasting, intended to get and keep your operation running faster.
Plate-fin cores surrounded by a robust frame and core guards offer a better total cost of ownership when considering their ease of cleaning and servicing. Dirty cores drastically reduce the performance of any unit and will cause more downtime if not maintained. Bar and plate cores are much more restrictive, making them harder to clean and increasing the odds that they may require replacement.
Both formats come with the IEA Performance Guarantee and include auxiliary coolers – hydraulic, transmission, and fuel, which function as independent circuits for fast and easy servicing.
